Jetski Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver

Hereby agree to rent a Jetski from Caliskis under the following terms and conditions:

1. **Responsibility for Personal Items**: I understand and acknowledge that Caliskis is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental period.
2. **Safe Operation**: I agree to operate the Jetski in a safe and responsible manner at all times. I will not engage in reckless or negligent behavior that could endanger myself, others, or property.
3. **Use of Life Jackets**: I understand that wearing a US Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device (life jacket) is mandatory at all times while operating the Jetski. I agree to comply with this requirement.
4. **Assumption of Risk**: I acknowledge that operating a Jetski involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the operation of the Jetski.
5. **Liability**: I agree that I am solely responsible for any damages to the Jetski and any injuries to myself or others that occur during the rental period. I agree that Caliskis, its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any such damages or injuries, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. **Indemnification**: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caliskis, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from or related to my use of the Jetski.
7. **Representation of Fitness**: I represent that I am physically and mentally fit to operate the Jetski and that I have received sufficient instruction to operate it safely.
8. **Age Requirement**: I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and possess a valid [relevant license or certification, if applicable] to operate the Jetski.
